Only the organization, seats, facilities, and users identified or authorized under this order form may use the pilot. The pilot is for evaluation in the customer's internal operations and is subject to the approved ATLAS SaaS Terms, Privacy Notice, DPA, and Acceptable Use/AI Safety Policy.

End of pilot

The recommended product behavior is paid and non-automatic at conversion:

1. ATLAS sends advance expiration reminders. 2. Operational access pauses on the pilot end date unless the parties extend the pilot in writing or the Organization Administrator completes paid checkout. 3. Data remains available to On Spot for a counsel-approved retrieval/conversion window; operational users do not continue troubleshooting after expiration. 4. No conversion or renewal charge occurs through silence or failure to cancel; the upfront pilot charge is separately disclosed and authorized at enrollment. 5. The Organization Administrator may affirmatively select Foundation or Operations and accept the disclosed recurring price through Stripe Checkout. 6. Pilot conversion applies the $999 credit to the first annual subscription; no additional implementation charge is introduced unless separately agreed in writing.

This affirmative conversion avoids treating silence as consent to a free-to-paid negative option. The FTC continues to regulate misleading negative-option enrollment and cancellation under existing authority; counsel should review the current FTC Negative Option Rule materials and any applicable state law before approval.

Pilot responsibilities and success criteria

Customer will:

• appoint accountable administrators and keep the roster current;
• use synthetic or authorized operational data only;
• follow manufacturer, employer, safety, and legal procedures;
• identify [NUMBER] representative equipment assets and workflows;
• report defects and suspected security/safety issues promptly;
• participate in [CADENCE] feedback sessions;
• not publish benchmarking or security results without written coordination.

Pilot success will be reviewed against agreed measures such as setup completion, authorized-user adoption, diagnostic completion, usable equipment history, escalation quality, and confirmed tenant isolation. No performance or savings guarantee is made.

Data and exit

The approved DPA governs customer personal data. At pilot end, the customer may request an export during the agreed retrieval window. Deletion timing, legal-hold exceptions, and treatment of aggregated/de-identified learnings must match the final SaaS Terms and DPA; they must not be improvised in this order form.

Approval and signatures

This template intentionally omits binding warranty, liability, indemnity, governing law, confidentiality, intellectual-property, and signature provisions. Counsel must incorporate or reference the approved master terms before use.
