Product and data boundary

The Enterprise/OEM parent may issue or sponsor customer Organizations within its contracted allowance and may receive only the aggregate portfolio information expressly authorized in the agreement. Unless a separate lawful, customer-authorized arrangement states otherwise, the parent does not receive child Organization diagnostic transcripts, uploaded photos, named-technician activity, equipment-level history, or private reports.

Each child Organization remains an independently isolated customer environment with its own administrators, facilities, responders, equipment, operational history and legal acceptance obligations.

Pilot conversion and expiration

1. The upfront pilot fee is due under the signed order form. 2. ATLAS sends advance expiration and conversion notices. 3. The Enterprise Owner must affirmatively execute the annual order form and approved payment method to convert. 4. Silence does not authorize conversion or a recurring charge. 5. If the pilot does not convert, parent administrative access pauses at expiration. 6. Child Organization access, export, retention and deletion behavior must be stated explicitly; it must not be inferred from the parent account status. 7. The pilot credit and any implementation treatment must appear in the final invoice.

Success plan

The parties should identify measurable pilot outcomes, including:

No savings, uptime, resolution-rate or adoption guarantee is made unless counsel and the final order form expressly provide one.

Required incorporated documents

The final signed order form must incorporate the counsel-approved ATLAS B2B SaaS Terms, Enterprise/OEM addendum, ATLAS Privacy Notice, Data Processing Addendum, Acceptable Use and AI Safety Policy, security exhibit, and any approved subprocessor list.

This template intentionally leaves warranty, liability, indemnity, confidentiality, intellectual-property, insurance, governing-law, dispute, tax and signature language to counsel.
